蝴蝶式:
坐於墊上,雙腳腳掌對腳掌
→雙手握住雙腳掌
→想向自己是一隻蝴蝶,兩腳像蝴蝶翅膀上下飛舞
→上下震動十次,頭朝前低下休息五秒
→重複3~5次
試試看單腳上下震動,也可試試看快快飛舞或慢慢飛舞
