海星式:
坐於墊上,腳掌對腳掌
(如蝴蝶式)(如腳掌無法合併,則可盤坐或雙腳前後放置)
→雙手合掌於頭部上方
→手與身體向前慢慢彎下到頭部、手部貼地
(如身體無法貼地,做到自己可以彎曲的姿勢即可,勿強迫)
→保持姿勢5秒,回復坐姿

Sit on the floor and put your feet together like this.
Put your arms up around your head.
Touch the floor with your forehead.
Now hold this pose for 5 seconds.
功效:
保持背部與手部的肌肉彈性,有助消化不良與脹氣問題,在心理部分可以減低負面情緒。
